A moment captured, in tune with the seasons
With its rich identity at the heart of the Mediterranean, the Principality of Monaco has always been renowned for the excellence of its cuisine.
At La Table d’Élise, drawing on a precious culinary heritage, we are committed to celebrating the richness and inexhaustible inspiration of nature, guided by the rhythm of a cuisine born of passion.
We share a constant commitment to selecting exceptional produce, through the authentic flavours offered by our beautiful region. Our cuisine, inspired by the local spirit, is expressed with generosity.
Our Chef works with ingredients in harmony with the seasons. In this way, we affirm our commitment to our culture, our terroir and the choice of our produce.
At the heart of our approach, we place the utmost importance on selecting exceptional products sourced from local suppliers and environmentally responsible farming practices. Every ingredient is chosen with the utmost care, prioritising seasonality, freshness and quality.
Committed to a responsible approach, we champion sustainable cuisine, minimising waste and promoting practices that respect natural resources. Our CSR approach stems from a sincere desire to preserve our environment whilst enhancing the authentic flavour of our ingredients.
For a healthy sea, sustainable cuisine
At La Table d’Élise, we serve authentic cuisine. We are committed to sustainable and responsible consumption, driven by the strong commitment of our owners, Jean-Pierre and Alberte Escande.
We have made a commitment by signing the Mr Goodfish charter, supported by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
This commitment enables us to offer seafood sourced from sustainable practices that respect biodiversity and fishing seasons.
Our cuisine is part of a thoughtful and evolving approach. The menus are adapted to the resources available.
